What are your tech support hours?
Our normal IT support hours are Monday through Friday from 8AM-6PM, excluding federal holidays. If you’re a current managed IT services customer, we also offer after hours service.
What is Managed Nerds’ Service area?
We provide on-site tech support within a 20-mile radius of Evans, Georgia. We also work with fully remote businesses to manage their IT and secure their systems.
Do you support MacOS?
We cannot repair Apple products if there’s a hardware issue, but we will provide tier 1 tech support and cybersecurity monitoring of Mac computers.
Does Managed Nerds® support residential clients?
If you’re working from home or running a business out of your home, we’ll do tech support and cybersecurity monitoring via a managed IT plan.
