Email Deliverability

Emails flying out of the screen of a laptop

Whether you are a small business, a large corporation, or a government entity, getting emails to the people you serve is incredibly important to your operations. If your emails are not making it to inboxes, it could result in your invoices being unpaid, missing a potential marketing opportunity, failing to communicate critical information, or even the loss of a customer.

There’s an even larger consequence though – an incorrectly configured email can allow a malicious actor to pretend to be your company. Your email domain could be used in a scheme to defraud your company, or worse, your partners. It’s important to ensure you have properly configured your email domain security to avoid consequences to your business reputation.

Test Your Email Domain Now

Not sure whether your domain is configured correctly? Have your email recipients reported not receiving your emails, or that your emails are landing in their spam box? Maybe your marketing department reports that you have a low click-through rate. Check below or contact us now.

Why is DMARC Important?

Your DMARC policy on your email domain determines whether or not someone can send phishing emails pretending to be your organization. It also influenced whether or not your company emails are sent to spam, quarantined, or even rejected by recipients email servers.

What is DMARC/SPF/DKIM?

In a nutshell, these standards work together to secure emails by verifying the email you sent is really coming from you, and not someone pretending to be you. Conversely, when you receive an email in your inbox, you expect it to be from that person who is sent it. These standards help keep you safe.

How Much Does This Cost?

There are two costs associated with ensuring your DMARC/DKIM/SPF policies are properly configured. The first is the initial setup fee, which includes verifying the policy does not block legitimate mails but is as strict as possible. The second cost is for regular monitoring to detect whether someone is trying to impersonate your business, or if there’s a new business asset that has begun sending emails which are not being correctly delivered. Please contact us for an estimate.

Can You Really Verify My Emails Are Delivered?

We can verify that your email server has no misconfigurations that would prevent delivery to your recipients’ inboxes and monitor this compliance over time. We can also assist you in ensuring you meet the appropriate bulk sender regulations so that your legitimate emails are not classified as spam. We don’t currently monitor open rate of emails, though we can advise you in configuring your bulk email service to properly track delivery and open rates.

Where Are You Located?

We’re based out of Evans, Georgia and locally serve the Greater Augusta and CSRA. But email is virtual, meaning we can help your business out irregardless of our location, and we regularly work with businesses across the United States.
